Whilst on the subject of kit, i was advised to invest on a pair of sorbothane insoles but the place where i ordered them from have ran out. Does anyone have any ideas where to get some or any alternatives that are similar? Any ideas guys an gals?

It was just i was at the Afco last week with the other lads who are going down on the same day and there was much debate as to whether or not to take one so just thought i'd post on here to see what lads who have been there and done it had to say. Hi all. Just wondered if anyone else is starting TG on 21st August? If so how is your preperation going? What sort of stuff you been doing and do you feel prepared? My prep has gone excellently so far with only just over a week to go. Just can't wait to get through those gates on the 21st.

Hi to all. Over the last couple of weeks i have been buying kit from the list the AFCO gave me to take with me on TG. Just wondered if there was anything thats not mentioned on the list that may be of use to me on TG? Any replies are appreciated.
