cheers for the response guys but the mpgs isnt in relation to the RIR in anyway. Was gonna return to UK and lay down some roots so joining the MPGS is a good way of keeping my hand in on the green stuff, with the bonus of leading a normal life and going back to my own home at the end of the shift ...

MPGS
Is it possible to transfer to the Military Provost Guard Service while currently serving in the army? heard a rumour recently that it is possible to do so. My though was that you had to leave the army and re-enlist on a local engagement to join, any thoughts on this??

Do you not have a BV anymore and do you not get rations on short trips?
Yeah we do but as you know the rations arent exactly filling. Been through every type of sauce to mix with them even resorting to closing my eyes and picturing something different to no avail. im gonna stick the ration box up ...
