264 SAS Signal Squadron
Hi,
Does anyone know that if you are currently serving with the Royal Corps of Signals in the regular army and wish to transfer to 264 (Special Air Service) Signal Squadron whether selection is geared differently towards that of a normal recruit and if so what it involves?
Thanks..

Exercise on Submarines
Hi,
I'm interested about the life of submariners and understand that on some missions you may be at sea for extensive periods. I just wondering if anyone knows whether there is any exercise equipment aboard subs e.g bikes, treadmills etc so you can keep relatively active?

Endurance Course
Hi,
Could anyone tell me what like the 'underwater tunnel' is like that all marines have to complete. How long is it, is there any need to be worried? any advice? I would be very grateful.
Thank you
