id like to get a tattoo of some para wings (once ive completed training doc) whats the pain like my sis had one done and said it was like having being stabbed and having it dragged around her body but she is a pussy painwise and i was suprised to see it didnt rub off her when i sprayed water on it ...

Don't worry. I have a heart murmer and it is nothing to worry about mate. It is caused by, basically, bad timing of the SV node on your right atrium which causes your cardiac muscles to contract slightley out of time. I was found to have one the day I was born and I am fit as f@#k!

As somebody has already pointed out, I think, everyone has different needs in training. I personally, since failing a POC, have hit the weights hard in order to bulk up a bit after finding my self the lightest in the group- not much fun in the fireman's carry!!

I just try and maintain the press-ups ...

A press up is started on position 1 (on pic above), fully extend arms to position 2- 1 press-up and then back to position 1 to begin your second press-up with only your hands and toes to be touching the floor at any point in a set.

Yes you do get paid on the 32 weeks. :wink:

Got another Q for you guys, I have quite low arched feet and so use arch supports in shoes would this affect my application/medical at all?

You can mate, I've got shin splints and at my medical they sugested going to get orthotics which i am doin this week, which they said i'll be able to wear ...

Fair point and I see where your coming from but from my own personal experience I just wasn't progressing at all although I am not training for selection at the moment but just looking to add mass for Rugby. Weights are increasing nicely on the pulldown machine - it just wasn't happening on the bar ...

Humph- I would avoid using the machine for your pull-ups. I too was terrible at them when I first started training but you improve faster by doing them properly with no assisted weight. Even if you can only knock a couple of proper pull-ups out when you ...
