There was only one PT session a day, after week 6 you don't do as much PT, week 9 i was on the ranges for the whole week at the end we did our APWT's, your on the ranges quite alot, but you have to pass your weapon handling test befrore your let anywere near the ranges.

Anyone who has any questions about phase 1 ask me, ive just finished my training and would be glad to help.
