Not yet mate, i rang up the AFCO yesterday morning first thing and they said they were still waiting for the scores even though they knew id passed. Iv got my name down for the 23/24th october one, they said i should get it, just have to wait for them to get in touch me with now.

lol hey ayrey hows life mate? yep finally got my date come through wahoo, lets just hope i do well. Going to get some practice in on the bleep test this week and hammer out some sprints etc, basically just try sharpening up a little. all the best mate.

dude your pressups and sits are awsome keep um up, im only on around 50 pressups, 60 situps and 11 pullups :( im keeping hard at it though!

My training schedule :

mon - 4.5 mile run followed by pressups/sits and weights.
tues - 3 mile run with leg weights ( steady run as its solid ) followed by ...

ayrey you sound very fit mate, good luck. Iv just passed my pjft today :) with a score of 9'17 secs which was the max i cud get on the machine :( as when i tryed upping my speed it never moved from level 16 grrr, where as the one i use at my local gym max's at 20 :P ... Anyways just waiting to hear ...
