Upfront and honest?? Since when has joining 21 been about that? Its all about the stories and rumours.. 'Hills were higher in my day', 'selection was harder', 'one guy was swallowed by a bog', 'loads of AT oppertunities'... etcetc. In fact everything is an illusion.. I'm not even sure 21 exists ...
