For training at the moment, i run to my local leisure centre, about 1 mile, where there is an outside circuit run. IE there is a track of about 400m with stations to perform pullups, sit ups, stepups, dips, etc. I will do the circuit 4 times non stop, and then run home a different way which is about ...

Hi everybody, i've been looking at these forums for some time now, but not posted alot. Anyway, just had my POC date for the 6th of June. Anyone else got the same date?
