Hiya

1.15 for a half marathon, is just under 12 km/h, which is around the speed I run at over such distances. I'm quite light though, would like more weight. I cycle far too much (90+ miles) a week, and don't swim as much as I'd like, and am competant with the old pull ups sit ups and what not. Do lots ...

Henley-on-Thames

I'm thinking about joining the Henley branch of RMR London. I've just moved down South and am awaiting my new Liason Officer. I live in Oxford? Whereabouts are you located?

Combining RMR with a full time Job

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some experiences on combining RMR with a job.

I'm starting some research in the Culham area of Oxford this July, and intend to apply to join the Henley-on-Thames unit.
