reverse grip bicep curls (as in palms facing the floor)
best to use a cable machine if u can, bars just as good,
good for forearms and grip strength

Motivation
i think it would be a good idea for people to post there motivational tips on here, things that make training more enjoyable or easy to handle. i know a few people here will claim to not needing motivation however i think most will agree it is extremely usefull.

motivation is a really important part of any persons training, i dont think it gets the attention it deserves on this site, there appears to be too many little rambos telling people that they dont need motivating. well i think people should put there best motivating points so people who find it hard ...

the situation is i need to have an operartion to clear out my nose after it was broken. sounds nice i know. the problem is i wont be able to do any physical activity for about 8 weeks after the op. the hospital keep on at me to arrange for a date for the op, and im stuck because i cant decide ...

just when i thought things were back on track, i broke my wrist!
all i can think of to do is running, cycling and leg training and lots of sit ups.
does anyone have any ideas for training that ive over looked?

Has anyone had to retake a medical, i have to retake mine due to an injury that prevented me doing the prmc. i was just wondering whether the medical is only focused towards the injured area eg lower legs? as ive already passed one
