Not sure about this one. I've spent the last 11 years trying to forget about stuff. I think being exposed to the same things would only set me back even further.

Looking for anyone who served with 6Bn REME, 9 Fd Wksps, Power Packs platoon in Croatia from May to Nov 1996. or anyone who was stationed at the Koncar factory in Split at the same time.

As a matter of fact, I served 6 months in Bosnia before I even did a recruits course. That's how shitty organised the T.A is. They even made me do a recruit course after I got demobbed!

I see your point. The badge is an insult if that is all you have to show for your service.

Surely someone with 22 years service would at the very least have received the LSGC medal to show for their service.

Just received my Veterans Badge this morning. I only applied for it a week ago. Excellent quality badge in a quality case. Worth applying for.

TA SAS selection is a 14 month course which you attend on every drill night and every second weekend as well as a 2 week battle camp(if you pass test week). There is also a one week course you must attend just after christmas and also a couple of long weekends.
