Thanks for your replies. From my understanding i dont have a criminal record, as all charges were dropped as i settled the cost direct.

Guess ive got a long wait until i consider applying then if i have surgery. Cant even get fitter in the meantime!

Been a while since my last post, bit of a nightmare with the arrest, but it got resolved and i paid for the damage direct! Lesson learnt.

Surley if your Dad was in the Royal Signals why dont you just ask him what day to day life was like and what he got out of the role? Think that would save alot of peoples time including your own?

Apologies, on a serious note though, can anyone offer anything on this role? Ive found out some of there roles, but on other forums, ive heard your just a slightly glorified painter and dogs body?

Any insight to this role would be good!
