cant belive nobody has mentioned the good old fly buiscuit ( garibaldi ) My mum got me addicted to these when she used to bring hers our of the ration box for me when i was a nipper Dead fly biscuits - the best! They replaced them in the rat packs with what resembled biscuits brown with black bits....

Top Hotel in Scotland
Hi guys If any of you manage to venture this far north this hotel is well worth a look in even if it's just for food (monster portions!). Stopped in the summer when touring on the bikes.
