If you search 'Three Peaks Challenge' on Google, you'll find a website made by a guy who did it a few years ago, there's some good tips on there.

Yeah they still have the clocks in Horton, did it last summer in about 9 hours, definitely worth doing with your mates especially for the beers at the end of it.

History of Air Assault

I'm writing an essay on the 'Impact of Air Assault on the Modern Battlefield' (Vietnam to present) I think that looking at its history will allow me to do this, can you recommend any books? I've thought about maybe 'We were soldiers once and young'

I'm looking to study engineering at uni, i'll join the OTC whilst there as well as making contact with Colchester. If i'm lucky i might be able to get POC and P Company done during my 3 years there.

I was told recently that the army is phasing out the LSW and replacing it with the Minimi (2 per section). RAF Regiment have no such luck, not sure bout the RM though.

Hey everyone, i'm a potential Para Regt Officer, currently in my last year of A-Levels, hoping to go to uni then onto the RMA Sandhurst.

There's a wealth of info on the forum that i'm steadily working my way through, getting new ideas and tips all the time.
