unlucky on your AST mate just make sure you revise hard for the next one because if you miss out on this one then its 6months before you can retake it again.

hey,
they take your blood pressure in your medical so if yours goes up when ever you see a doctor etc then it may cause problems. however im sure that if you can prove that it is normally at a good level then i cant see it being a major issue. although how you'd prove it was usually normal i dont ...

most people do it around 6weeks before they go to RTS, i was there last week and its six week until i go in.

however, sometimes there may be occasions when they send you with more than six weeks until your RTS start date.

unfortunatley i cannot help you, but i do feel you pain as i also have a dickie knee and have passed medical no worries, but wonder if when i get to Halton ill get thrown out.

it seems pretty hard to get clear answers on what they actually do with your medical forms etc as it all happens behind ...

try ringing your local careers office, they will tell you all you need to know about how the living arrangements work.
however this may have a little propaganda thrown in as well so mabye also try routing around these forums trying to find alreadt serving members who live in married quarters etc ...

they are all on the RAF website, clearly marked on a map with a key telling you hwat each one does.
it might be on the careers section of the website though, im not to sure.

you will also have to be amazingly fit, meet loads of requirements in terms of height, eye sight etc. know absolutley loads about the RAF and be very intelligent and get through one of the hardest selection processes in the military to become a pilot.

yeah but two too three months is a reasonable time, so id defo take a week off the cardio and do some upper body and core excercises or even just some non impact stuff. ive been training for the RAF now since about last august. And im not going until until 19/08/09, which has meant ive been able to ...

im joining the RAF and im 18...so not the best person to comment however, there was a lad who went to my college who finished his gcse's last summer and is now in the RM though i dont know enough about it to know what lymbstone is.... hope this helps, coop.
