I would have dreams where I did something wrong and the training team would be disgusted with me. I hated myself for quitting, used to get lost in confused rage and literally beat ...

Happens to me sometimes - I give 'em the finger and carry on running. I'd like to see them keep up.

I was a bit gutted when I got my time (10.01) considering everyone else's on here, but at the end of the day they haven't turned me away or anything, just need to crack on with training now.

I think you should concentrate on passing out before even contcentrating on specializing, that to me seems to make you a bit arrogant. thikking that your going to pass out that easily.

I never said I was gonna pass out that easily - just that I have something to aim for doesn't mean I've got it ...

My mum had to fill in one of those when she went for a job at a naval air station, so she helped me with mine, apparently the job title stuff is for if you know exactly what you're going for, but I didn't fill mine in. Couldn't see the point really considering I ain't got a clue what my service ...

I had my RT on Tuesday, there was only 4 of us, and we all passed.

Medical on Friday, Interview on Tuesday, and maybe PJFT too... though I'll see whether I'm up to it... not sure yet. Training slacked off a little over christmas...

Alright lads I've searched and I've searched till my fingers were sore. Can anyone give me any idea of what's involved in the medical?
I haven't got a date yet, but I'd like an idea what's gonna be involved.

Shit mate that's my interview date, do they do the recruit test on the same day?

I sent my application form off today. But even if that all goes well I'm in the same boat as Jordiman, basic'll be put off until after I've finished college next year.
