Just wondering did the oldies take creatine or any other supplements while attending selection for Marines ,Paras , SAS etc?
Well then why do we need it!

Well guys i am trying to decide between the Para's & the Marines.But i wear glasses ,i have a number of 1.5 in the right eye and 2.5 in the left eye.I can do most of my work (including driving) without glasses,but would need it for things like shooting.The Para's allow glasses(i learned that from ...

Flatfeet?
I have flatfeet ,but i dont experience any pain or discomfort while performing any physical activities.I have been quiet active since childhood in sports and outdoors stuff.Will it be a problem if i want to join the Paras or the British Army in general?
