I got this training sheet from my AFCO. It wasn't an offical sheet but just one the CPO gave me!

It really helped me in preparation for Bottom field and Gym test 2 so give it a try!

First do a steady run for 1.5-3 miles.

When you have your pre-training brief at Sheffield they will give you a kit list and it is extensive! I think they give you a list that you get once you get down there but i've got most of it before i go!

You still need some bits and bobs, like a bucket and cleaning bits, but you get them ...

After our PRMC we weren't told to learn any of the corps history! I assume you referring to the information in the Green Bible!

I think you do learn a lot of history etc when you are down there, i saw loads of posters on the wall when we had a look at foundation block. But i suppose it is good to ...

I did go through the colours RED, GREEN and BLUE from what i'd seen and read but YELLOW/GOLD didn't come to mind. Oh well. I'm sure i'll not forget in a few weeks time when i'm having the corps histort drilled into me!
