Does anyone else get numb toes when they run. If the little toe is number one with the big toe being five, toes three and four go numb. It can happen on both feet but mainly on the right. The numbness also stops almost as soon as I stop running.
Any theories or help anyone

I`ve tried wearing the 30 day lenses but they`re not quite my perscription yet but that was a while ago I might check again to see if they`re closer yet. Contact lenses
Does anyone have any top tips on wearing and cleaning contact lenses in the field as I don`t fancy stuffing oily and muddy fingers in my eyes :crazyeyes: , although I have heared some sorts will pay for that type of thing

Eyesight
I`m thinking of joining the RMR in Edinburgh, but I do wear glasses and was wondering if this would rule me out (I`m within the army eysight limits but can`t seem to find the navy equivalent.) or if not is it a feasable option to wear contact lenses, for example on extended excersise?
