Well if you are off to lichfield, you will have a clip board with things you will need to talk about listed on it.
Talk only last's about 2-3 minutes so if you cant fill that time you must have a pritty boring life

Thanks I actually now what im dealing with now. I think when this heals I will take your advice and try running around the mountain for a hour or two a day before selection as I only have like 2 weeks before I go. Lets just hope it heals quick, been waiting 4 days now

During my time in the forces I never heard or saw any one suffer from any of these complaints. Or was it as kids we ran or walked every where we went as cars were as rare as rocking horse droppings. There was no television so every evening you were out playing sports of one kind or other.
