At the beginning of last week, when I was driving home at about 11pm I came across quite a nasty accident between a small car and a scania lorry. I was the 2nd car on the scene and the driver of the other car was tending to the lorry driver who by this point was in deep shock.

After getting a quick brief from the other person on the scene I realised the engine of the small car was still running so I approached the car and went to turn the engine off, however as I got nearer I realised the extent of the crash and when i put my head through the window to get the key I was confronted by this bloody mess which had been a 21 year old womens head. I was completely unprepared for it and it hit me hard and I was forced to one knee for a minute or so afterwards .

Ever since this I've been getting very little sleep and i'm feeling generally down because I keep getting the image of this young women in my head and I don't know what to do.

ok mate, im not a counciller and wont pretend to be,

either talk to those you know, family, friends, maybe try and get in touch with a member of the emergency services who attended the scene.

but if you feel it will help, go and see a counciller.

as far as i know that will be through your doctor. a specific bit of advice with that, is no disrespect to doctors, but doctors (gps anyway) fix colds, not heads. so make sure the doc refers to someone if thats what you want. some doctors are a little too free with the pills and you dont wanna go up that route.

chin up son.

Hello Blue,

if it's affected you then you need to speak to someone about it. Try these guys. One of the things they specifically deal with is RTA's.

Try and keep your chin up mate, come back whenever you need to they're a good bunch here.

Try the people Oakers suggested or go to your GP or hospital... sort it out ASAP before it gets any worse.
