Thats our Frank. See he gets to the point no sugar coating.
Actually I was just testing to see where Frank is. I'm missing his long but well thought out posts. Things I'll say for attention.
Hey Wholley, send me your number so I can call you, I got some LOS ideas to run past you. Also we can laugh about Clark.

Been reading quite a bit, especially studying what I think is gonna be the next bottleneck, employment-wise: CMS (content management systems).
I think this'll enable companies to lay off even more people in the near future.
First offshoring, now CMS, gotta stay ahead of the game...
Woody Allen might say we're just a bunch of spermatozoae trying to break into the egg.
And to think I hoped to have left all once I made it to the womb... Does it ever stop?!?

OK Goldie,
Heres what we are strapped with.
In 1963 Ernest Miranda was arrested for kidnapping and rape of a young woman in Pheonix AR.Upon arrest he was informed that he was a suspect in a criminal case.He was convicted and sent down. However he appealed to the Supreme Court of the United States along with four other convicted felons.Their lawyers(suprise)argued that at the time of their arrest they were not fully aware of their rights under the fifth amendment.
They all had their judgements upheld.
But.
The Supremes in their ultimate wisdom changed the rules for Law Enforcement Officers.
In 1966 they approved what has come to be known as Miranda.
So any arresting officer is required BY LAW to quote the following.
"You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you do say may and will be used against you in a court of law.
You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future.
If you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish.
If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney.
Do you know and understand your rights as I have explained them to you?"
Goldie,I think I prefer"Your Nicked"
One PO'dEx Deputy.
Wholley.
