Details on Medals

I'm looking to get my Father a replacement General Service Medal (Cyprus).I need to know what would have been engraved around the side.....would there have been anything other than Number, Rank and Name and Unit/Reg.
The medal in question is GSM CYPRUS MEDAL PRE 1962 EIIR
If anyone has access to one of these and could tell me the exact layout / details of what is engraved it would be greatly appreciated
