Changing Regiment choice from RHA to Para

I sent in my application about a week ago and haven't got any response but after I do get my response and go down to the AFCO to do my BARB will they ask me about the three regimental choices I put down in my application? If I have made up my mind on what I want to do in the Army and it doesn't happen to be one of the three choices I put down in my App will there be an issue?
