Advice on training please!

Hi guys.
I have been looking into joining the forces for the passed 6 months and have decided to apply for the royal marines.
I have an average fitness level (playing rugby 3 times a week and running) but no where near the level I need to pass the PRMC course. Basically any advice on diet, training and what I could expect and perhaps any extra knowledge on specific areas I should work on.
Any advice will extremely helpful.
