I am hoping someone can help identify this uniform. I could possibly be German, Dutch or possibly Canadian. I am unsure of the time period. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like he has the kings crown on his sleeve if so this could mean that he was a CSM. still who knows in these days as many regiments had their own ranks.

Im Not a expert but that could be a Freemason uniform
