Searching Sergeant George Grant SAS c1964

Hi, I am trying to find this gentleman in connection with a friendship he had with my parents Frank & Sylvia Stella Brooks, possibly based in Germany or Plymouth. A very near relation of his is trying to get in touch.
I'd be grateful for any help as time is critical.
