I am applying to be a dog handler for the r.a.v.c and need some information about the job the more the better.
What dog breeds do they train?
How long is phase 2 training?
Do you train the dog for protection or detection?
Is it a hard job to get into?
What do you learn eg veterinary care?
If there is anything else you think i should know please tell me, i want to be prepared for any interview questions.

I did abit of research on this role as it was one i was interested in. It's not so much a hard job to get into but alot of people apply for it and there aren't many intake places so the waiting list is pretty long.
