Army Air Corps Weapons Systems Operator

Hello chaps I need some no shit serious advice. I would like to become a Weapons Systems Operator (WSO) on the Lynx Helicopter. I am 14 and have my options coming up and would like some advice on what I would need to take to do the job that I desire. I know you're probably thinking that I should give it a bit more thought and that I should just grow up but ever since I lived in the Falklands I've loved helicopters. I also have a couple of questions. I've heard that If you want to be a WSO you have to have some ground crew experience first. What would that entail? and do you have a choice what helicopters you work with? Thanks alot Gentlemen.
