Hi all!

I have spent many an hour browsing the pages of this forum and enjoying both the information and the humour!

I am going to ADSC tomorrow and then have PRAC at the end of November with a Depot start date (unconfirmed obviously) for the 6th January.

I will be posting some up to date information on both selection courses for anyone out there in the web world wanting to know a bit more, or if you have any questions I will be more than happy to answer them.

Do you know what type of pull ups you have to do for the fitness tests, over - arm pull ups or standard palms facing yourself?
