Having not long since joined a Ta pioneer unit, I would like some solid info. I'm 46 yrs old, I would like to know what time I have to do 1.5 mile run. I gather it's age related. I have heard lots of different times, and had lots of smart comments, but no solid info. Cheers.

i know in regulars you have to do 11 minutes at 30 yrs old, and every 5 years more you get 30 seconds extra, i believe it is the same for TA.
