Hey the guys I am wanting to join the para regiment and I have a few tattoos I need to get rid of I know I have to get ride of ones on my fingers and the loveheart on my hand. . But I have resently bein watching the ta and the taliban and I noticed that someone had a tattoo on the side of his kneck but aint sure if its diffrent rules for difrent regiments anyway here's a tattoo on the side of my kneck and was wondering if this wud put a freeze on my aplication ? Hello,

If tats can be seen when in military dress then assume it'll be a bar from entry. The best option, if serious about joining the military would be to have it removed with a laser.

I've got tattoos on my neck, hands and lower arms and i am currently going through training with 4 para, they told me as long as they aren't offensive to anyone then they are fine, i've got praying hands on the side of my neck, even though its religious its still fine, go for it bro and get signed up!!!

However YOUR not in. if i were you id casually go in to a career shed and ask or as mentioned get it removed. when I went into the RAF Regt my cheesy Para reg tats caused uproar hahaha
