If your a sailor in the navy and you succeed in the all arms commando course, do you work as a commando from time to time at all? or do you just have a badge to show your a beast?

Unless you are going to do the job then there is no point spending all that money to train you

Very few matleots attend the Cdo course usually they are medics, although some Pilots, maintainers and some Gunnery guys also do the course. They are never used in a "Commando" role as they are not required to be Commandos.
Its not a course for badge collectors.
