Joining marines and have some questions?

basically I wanted a tattoo on my forearm but from what iv'e read I wont be able to join if I do. where can I get a tattoo and have no problems joining?
most people say as long as it doesn't show on parade but doesn't the marines parade uniform cover your forearm?

Might be worth posting in the RM section, but asking as an ex Bootie why rush? Get it done after you've completed training and that way you'll have no worries over tats and trying to hide them.

As far as I know the forearm should be fine as long as its not offensive etc.. And yes as long as it doesnt show on parade, places like your hand and neck are not allowed. Im sure if you search in google you will find an answer on an official site.
