Hi Guys
The names Cundy (yeah heard em all before so crack on lol) I am 27 and I have taken selection twice at the wonderful ADSC Pirbright (PTI Stronghold lol) and on both occasions I was blowing out my arse because I decided in my infinite wisdom to sit on my arse and just breeze through ERRRRRHHH wrong answer!! So advice to all is train train train!
My run time with no training and smoking 20 lamberts a day was 11.30 and I nearly shat myself literally due to over exertion but gave 110% that is what they want to see EFFORT and digging deep!
I do not care what anyone says you cannot train for basic but you can train so that basic will not be so much of a shock to your system.
Anyway onto the pressing matter I have just re applied to join my local boys the PWRR yes infantry is the way for me, and this time I am going to train using the army's new podcasts available on there recruitment site with Chris Akabusie on them lol.
I have 1 million percent commitment and determination to all tasks but running so I would be very grateful for any advice on someone who is pretty much a bone runner treat me as a newbie to running please.
