i recently passed all my tests (aptitude,interview,medical and PJFT) back at the start of july....
i assumed id be at raf halton by now but the AFCO informed me that im on a reserve list and wont be officially going anywhere until april 2010.....
is this normal?

Recruitment is pretty much at an all-time high, so it will take longer for you to get in.
