joining the royal navy

hi my son is sixteen and is going through the process of joining the navy he has passed all his test and is just waiting for a date to start basic training
my problem is that for about 3 yrs of his life up until he was 10 yrs he had petit mal it wasn 't severe and he grew out of it and has never had a problem since
the question is he wants to declare
will he be rejected by the navy after getting so far and having his heart
set on that life
