Hi Everyone
Just a couple of questions..
With regards to running im finding it difficult to get down my 3mile time, does anyone have any specific CV work that helps raise fitness?
Also on PGAC are all time etc recorded down and kept on record? I know its a strange question but was intrested to know.
Cheers Guys

Yea I'm struggling with this aswell, when I go for my run I feel like I'm alot fitter and striding alot easier, but still come in about 23 minutes which is annoying me. I've tried sprinting every 100m or so for about 20 yards, doesn't sound much but supposed to help.
I suppose in theory I've completed my task in getting it from 29 minutes to below 24 but I'd still prefer to be in at 22 at the very most.
Wish I was in your position to be honest bud, this waiting for it is killing me!!!!
PS Tried lookin' for your initials on FaceBook a while back but had no luck!

I must be using them wrong then as they kill my arms but my legs feel fine, other than my arse getting numb sometimes.

you probly are doing it right it depends if you have strong arms, an old army person told me at the gym that rowing helps alot and to keep you back straight and pull with your arms and push a little with your legs to ease tention on your arms.
