Wish mine was that soon, they've had my medical for 3 months now and they're still sending me additional test but anyways, the very best of luck fella. With a positive mind-set, I've no doubt your fly through the run and anything else they ask of you.
Good luck again

Same here, They had my initial medical from my GP, waited for 3 months, got the all clear, then had to get an additional opticians report. I'm presuming this will now head back to the start of the queue and the wait will start over again

Aslong as you get that time at ADSC and pass the ice breaker heaves etc youl be fine.
What you need to worry about is the second selection at Cattrick. Someone has made a Thread about it. Have a read of it!

is PARAC harder than ADSC and what do they expect of you
ive read the post on it but i was just wondering if anyone could sum it up.
is it a pass or fail like ADSC or is it more like a "get ready because this is what you are going to do " kind of thing.
also i have just turned 16 and going into harrogate . am i still required to do it ?
helpfull if more people could post a new thred on AFC as there is not much info on here
Thanks

ParaLad: I'm also hoping to go to AFC in September and even though I don't know whether I have to go and do PRAC or not I am expecting to, just in case.
If that makes sense

PRAC is a bit harder than ADSC mate, the PT they put you through makes sure your blowing out your ass, plus dicipline is alot stricter, but the fact that your instructors are all paras and your with fellow para wannabes makes the whole thing alot more enjoyable than ADSC which was no fun at all

im not sure if you harrogate lads have to do it though, if your curious ask your ACIO about it.

Well the last time I checked, after your 42 weeks at AFC you go onto 13 weeks over at Catterick. Mind you that was before the whole Para training was revamped so I guess the only thing to do it to hope someone who knows what they're talking about reads this and clues us in.
Oh and have you had your ADSC yet?
