In what non-warzone countries in the Middle East do British troops train in? I was wondering specifically about places like Jerusalem and maybe other peacetime cities?

What other countries do we do joint exercises with? Surely we should do them with virtually all countries, since we have few enemies?

Well I can't give you a full answer, but certainly sandpit training is conducted in Oman, as well as desert in the US. Joint training is carried out with all NATO countries in one form or another, although it's not particularly common in infantry work, more for higher strategic formations (Navy fleets etc) and in terms of strategic planning WAY above any of our pay grade .
