I was on the course 18th - 20th of july, I'd previously been on one of these last september, things have changed a fair bit.
I really enjoyed the whole weekend again though, I was graded with an 'amber' overall because my 1.5 mile run was pretty crap - I just had a bad run for various reasons, need to work on things and go back in a couple of months I think, upper body wise I managed 10 pull ups, 47 pressups and 55 situps, I was told that I needed to be doing 50 pressups, but that I would obviously manage that next time, seeing as I'd doubled my previous amount of pull ups and pressups.
Really enjoyed the kickabout we had after we'd finished on the assault course on saturday too - we didnt get the chance to do that last time. Really good group of people on the course again too.
The Scouse instructor on the weekend is a top bloke though, he was there when I went last september too - dont know if you know any of them who run the course at Colchester Sandy?
