If your knee is no longer hurting you then there's no point in mentioning it, they're only bothered about things that may effect you during basic training.

Little past niggles aren't worth mentioning.

dont say anything!, say no to every thing (with in reason, obviously if its on your med forms they will know about it) or u will get differd, this 1 lad on mine got differd because his girlfreind had depression..

Thanks a lot mate! Thats a bit harsh! will just tell them exactly what is on the medical list that my doc sent. Should i keep any family history shut? There is no history of diesease for example but like operations etc?

I personaly didnt tell them that my rents had anything wrong with them ( even tho my dad has asthma and diabetes) not worth the risk of getting differd. They wont ask about opperations.

You have to balance this. Dont tell them about a sore knee or anything but do be aware of the consequences if you are caught out later. If you lie about anything and get found out then its game over, and if you lie about anything, get halfway through training and something crops up that you have not admitted then you will have wasted everyones time. The only reason they will not let you in is if it is not compatible with service life, and then you are better of out of it.

I know someone who lied about a knee injury. When it flared up he was MD'd and told not to come back. If he had admitted it hten it would have been a six month defferal.
