Hi,
iI know it seems like a silly thing to ask, but do you have to have really good teeth. one of the guys at selection said that if you have bad teeth you can get turned away when you arrive for phase 1

If anyone could shed some light on this it would be sound.

well, hmmmmmm its all to do with how much dental work you need to stop you looking like shergah really

As an example I had my wisdom teeth out aged 20 and missed two exercises. Not great when the RN/RM medical branch was only 30% of manning at the time.

So its the angle taken by the forces that if you are going to spend alot of time being force fed colgate and end up looking like metal mickey on a bad day, they might prefer you do it before you join up, saves them money and time.

One more question I have, can I still not start basic training i.e if I fail run time on BFT what will happen? Would I be kicked out or put into a PT troop?
