I've applied for RMR Bristol and I'm at the Cardiff unit, got my psychometric test tommorow and i can't wait. I'm going to do this right first time and not give up.

Any RMR Bristol people here, or even Cardiff?

passed psychometric test and got the interview coming up =]

I'm just a bit worried about the 2.4km (1.5m) run on the treadmill that we have to do, last week I had a time of 12.08 and this week I had a time of 11.23 and I need to get it down to 10 mins.

Any tips on how to get it down further, I use the rowing machine a lot.
