Sure did. Ran a 5.30, before I tore up the field at the Ironman.

nice 1 i was nackerd after that run ive gt a week weds day and im not confident on passing this prmc
i think the record i set was just for my afco

If you can honestly say you ran a 7.34 you haven't just set an AFCO record, you have set the PJFT record.

yeh i did had the machine on top setting most of the way bearing in mind i crawled to my car after it

I think I could probably get around that time. The gym Iam currenty using doesn't go up any higher but I did it in 8.40something yesterday fairly comfortably

If you stuck a guided missile up her arse! that would be like running an average of...erm

... 3.30 minuet mile... braking the world record by 13 seconds which was set in July 7th 1999 by Rome Hicham El Guerrouj of Morocco who ran it in 3m 43.13s and then running at the same pace for another half a mile .
You really would have tore up the field ADDiction
