Hey guys thanks for the feedback, its a week to go and im getting more excited than nervous, iv improved my 3 mile so much now and so have the press ups, sit ups, and pull ups. im gonna have it out down there, give it some juice.

On a funnier note, i did find it pretty funny how it went from a PRMC topic to a bunch of lads talking about what they would do to celebs

WTF?! He was only having a laugh and abit of fun, the sort of thing you would expect young lads to do! He said he was sorry you told him off and now you give him a warning for questioning you? I think this is all being dragged on abit, why not just delete the topic instead of makeing something out of nothing? And as for the lady saying his comments disgusted her, ok fair enough - but don't come out with that 21st century rubbish how females are equals and all that i mean i hear more filth come out of young girls mouths on the weekend than i do any lads and thats the truth.
