Selection is six weeks, and no reconstruction will ever do it justice.

Another video for the kids, another video to fuel their ill educated dream.

Lets all go in the SAS and play guns :D .

Boo, I wanted to play stress positions, that looked like much more fun - or we could always just play Cowboys and Interrogations.

Selection is six weeks
Of course it is mate...
Aptitude (hills) is four weeks, so you can't even pass that off as an excuse.
23 weeks to badging. Then continuation.

Isn't continuation really the Jungle..? After you're badged you would join a squadron and continue to develop your skills, or was there something specific you meant by 'continuation'?

Druadan, due to your current SF ambition you have arrogantly dismissed my selection statement. Admittedly this site is littered with walts attempting to establish themselves as respected military figures, but please be aware that I am not one of them. Remember your potential status does not elevate you beyond the many members of this forum.

The information I provided came from a reliable source.

I have no desire to conjure up excuse's to defend myself from an internet stranger.

As for King duck's question, I shall leave that to you  .

ADDiction,

I do find your last post rather odd.

Druadan is a serving Royal Marine.
That alone would seem to elevate him beyond many members of this forum.

I am aware of this, therefore he is worthy of my utmost respect. However, I do not deserve to be spoken to like a clueless child, if I was talking shit I would understand his approach.

We aren't all deluded SF wannabes.

Perhaps he feels that as a serving Royal Marine, with perhaps a more direct source of information than one who is not in the service, he is more qualified to question your statement that six weeks is the sum of selection! :D

If the 'hills' are four weeks, then I would be interested in what the final two weeks are?

You could have fooled me. You've got to be the biggest walt this site has ever seen. I respect EXREG more than i respect you.

Gobbing off to serving Royal Marines...you should have known better walter.
