quick confirmation

im writing an outline for a 12 month training programme for an athlete for uni (athlete of my choice). Rather than go with the normal footballer, olympic runner etc im going to go for a low-medium starting fitness person attempting to train for PRMC. Anyway, i obviously need to set the training programmes aims, which will have to include what the PRMC consists of. Having not done it, i've drawn bits of information together and am looking for someone to confirm the paragraph i've knocked up (below) because the last thing i want to do is miss out something important or get something wrong.
Would people who have done a PRMC agree with this (or suggest any changes):
cheers
Would people who have done a PRMC agree with this (or suggest any changes):
To successfully complete the PRMC, the subject will be tested on press-ups (minimum of 20), sit-ups (minimum of 30), pull-ups (minimum of 3), a multi-stage fitness test (bleep test in which the candidate must reach level 10 or 11 depending on results from a psychometric test), 3 mile run (to be completed in at least 22.5 minutes) as well as other physical tests including sprints and a determination test. It is expected that each candidate will exceed the minimum standard and as such, the training programme aims to prepare the subject accordingly.
