Start RT week on monday and doubt i'll have my P45 by then will this be a problem when i get to CTC?

You do alot of paperwork for pay etc and what not as soon as you get to CTC, but if you havent got it, you havent got it. I doubt it will be a major problem, you,ll just have to get it sent down to you ASAP, might be worth mentioning to your AFCO though.

Aye your afco is the best person to talk to.

This is a total guess, as I have no information on the subject, but I can imagine what may happen is that you'll start training as normal but perhaps there may be a delay when it comes to getting paid. Like I said though, that's a total guess and don't quote me on it!

you do aload of paperwork at your attestation e.g. your first day , few people didnt have there p45 they just said get it down as soon as possible so dont worry about it fella good luck with r.t all the best.

yeah dont worry about it, there will be other people in the same position . all it means is you will be filling out more forms on the first afternoon. all to do with your rate of pay and tax.
