What boot/s would people recomend for tabing. This subject has been covered before (some time ago) and i was just wondering weather there are any new boots that would be worth a look. I'd be looking for a boot that provides Support, cushioning and built well to last.

These are the ones i had in mind.
-Altbergs either peace keeper or defender.
-Lowas mountain, combat gtx.
-Hanwag sf gtx.
-Pro boot.
-German Para boot.

Thanks Ed.

Only way to be sure is to go and get a pair on your feet and try them for size, support and cushioning.
Everybodys feet are different so whats good for one bod won't neccesarily be good for another.

However, around that time I chose to wear German Para boots and I thought they were great.

If you can find a good pair of German Paras, they're top. Yes, they are heavier than others, but that just means every other boot you ever wear will be easier on your running times
